**About the position**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Host/Recepcionist to join our team:
**Location**: Microcentro, CABA, Argentina

**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm or 9am to 6pm

**Contract Type**: Open-ended.

**Job Purpose**:
The Host is responsible for greeting customers, visitors and employees upon arrival. He/she must attend to the internal requests of the users within the client, organize and execute administrative support activities in order to achieve the optimal operation of the office. Must have organizational skills and professionalism, attention to detail and protocols. The Host is responsible for the delivery of the Customer Experience to all visitors, the role is energetic and must convey a passion for technology ensuring exceptional customer interaction, leaving guests with a positive, professional and lasting impression.

**Responsibilities**:
Maintain confidentiality with respect to visitors.
Register visitors in Lobby Experience.
Reservation and entry of parking lots with tools requested by the administration.

**Delivery and habilitation of**: temporary cards, building cards, TAGS, vending machine keys, lockers and keep this information up to date.
Monthly and weekly reports compliance.
Coordination for event support (room set up, WIFI key support, catering, guest list reception).
Ordering, replenishment and delivery of office supplies at copy point and reception.
Ordering, restocking and delivery of first aid kit items.
Support in the management of room scheduling and MPR.
Coordinate printing of business cards and virtual cards.
Perform other team support duties as required.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards and principles.
Perform training as requested by JLL and the client.
Always maintain a good personal appearance, professional attitude, wear name pin. Follow dress code guidelines.
Act as lobby ambassador and take care of cleanliness and general appearance. Upload grooming and cleaning tickets as needed.
General understanding of the client technology.
Ensure enforcement of Security Protocol at all times.

**Requirements**:
+1 year of experience in customer service
Microsoft Office tools management
Intermediate-advanced level of English (oral and written)
