Retail Coordinator

**Main Purpose**:Generate efficient coordination between the commercial teams and the different support areas to achieve results.

- Establish positive links with all areas of the organization that allow adequate coordination.
- Stay updated on the company's products in order to provide adequate information and train the sales force.
- Know the procedures and work guidelines to guide the team in solving problems and in the best way to move forward with the challenges that arise.
- Lead and supervise various issues of the commercial teams working closely with regional managers.
- Set priorities and review processes to improve efficiency in interaction and achieve better results.
- Detect specific needs for improvement and inform the superior about it.
- Track sales budgets, detect possible deviations, and analyze the reasons.
- Prepare reports and statistics that help analyze the performance of the sales team and detect opportunities for improvement.

**Knowledge Skills and Abilities**
- Graduate or advanced students of Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- 2 years of experience developed in similar positions
- English Advanced level
- Management of Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel (exclusive)
- Good interpersonal relationships, with analytical skills, teamwork, proactivity and flexibility, with an emphasis on autonomy and self-management.
