We are looking for a Global Tax Manager with experience in international tax and income tax to lead and manage multiple countries’ tax accounting and deferred tax calculations and to coordinate the relationship with external tax advisors and auditors in each country.

This role is responsible for the foreign income tax provision reporting packages, coordination of the income tax compliance for the several Regions (LATAM, Europe, Asia & Africa), income tax controversy management, and ensure compliance with global policies.

The Global Tax Manager will coordinate with the local accounting teams in several regions and collaborate in preparing income tax calculations (e.g. provision to return reconciliation, quarterly income tax provision calculations, deferred income tax, etc.) supported by local advisors.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely and accurate income tax provision reporting packages prepared in accordance with local and international regulations on a quarterly and annual basis
- Deep knowledge in international taxes, tax accounting practices and deferred tax calculation
- Planning and forecasting income tax.
- Manage tax compliance process
- Prepare memos to support Group tax positions for Audit processes
- Control tax balances on general ledger
- Coordinate with accounting department and finance managers
- Build relationships and interact with different advisors and auditors
- Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices and innovative ideas
- Provide consulting and expertise to advise management
- Identify and mitigate tax risks

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- English
- Advanced/ Bilingual.
- CPA with at least 8+ years relevant experience with multinational companies or combination of MNC and Big 4 accounting firm.
- Proven experience with preparing and reviewing income tax provision calculations/reporting for public listed company.
- Experienced, proven knowledge of the challenges of operating in a global organization dealing with managing multiple entities in several countries and international tax practices.
- Strong attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills & solution provider with the ability to influence and drive change in way of working, processes and onboarding of new systems.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple internal and external relationships.
- Experienced in Excel, modeling and ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, etc.)
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in taxation (or equivalent) is preferred.
