Your ‘day to day’:
- Supply regular funnel reporting and search insights throughout the sourcing and screening process to ensure total alignment with the brief throughout, and secure suitable shortlists;
- Work closely with talent branding to design attraction campaigns and adjust messaging to PMI talent;
- Collaborate with TA peers and business stakeholders to ensure the most efficient talent sourcing service;
Who we’re looking for:
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management abilities, as well as a good attitude to teamwork and collaboration;
- Understanding of business strategies and the ability to prioritise workloads accordingly;
- Strong sourcing experience using the following tools:
- Deep web sourcing using advance filtering and Boolean search strings
- Mining social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, GitHub, etc
- Advanced sourcing from organizations that are diversity or industry focused
- Mapping out competitor org charts through Internet and phone research
- Preferred Requirements: o Knowledge of talent analytics and relevant platforms and tools (such as Talent Neuron) o Experience of using a CRM or ATS system (experience with Avature an advantage)
