**What you will do**:
**Employee administration**:
- Manage all people's administrative activities and transactions. Serve as a link with HR Operations, My HR, etc.
- Guarantee Workday accuracy and ability to generate all kinds of people transations in WD.
- Monitor transaction compliance with all government offices (AFIP, ANSES, Labor Ministry, Union, SRT, etc).
- Lead government, union visits & audits.
- Gather data & generate reports to outside counsel when required to answer lawsuits.
- Serve as the main point of contact with employees to answer simple questions about daily administrative issues.
**Payroll**:
- Generate monthly reports so that outside payroll vendors can generate payroll.
- Audit payroll vendor.
- Generate monthly payroll reports for government agencies, insurance vendors, etc.
**Management support**:
- Support HR country lead in all administrative activities required.
- Generate HR reports, org charts and organize people meetings and business trips as required.
**What you will need**:
- Graduated in HR career.
- Relevant experience at multinational companies.
- Upper intermediate level of English.
- Excellent level of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of Workday (desired).
