**_¿QUÉ DESAFÍOS TE ESPERAN? _**
- Coordinar proyectos multidisciplinarios de sistemas vigentes y nuevos desarrollos.
- Encontrar puntos de mejoras en procesos actuales: identificar la necesidad de efectuar actualizaciones, migraciones y ampliaciones.
- Coordinar un equipo interdisciplinario: Infraestructura, BI, analistas funcionales.
- Definición y gestión de prioridades frente a la capacidad disponible de los miembros del equipo.
- Trabajar estrechamente con proveedores externos de tecnología, software y servicios de seguridad.
- Negociación con stakeholders internos y externos.
- Definición y gestión de prioridades frente a la capacidad disponible de los miembros del equipo.
- Definir y documentar el alcance de los proyectos y los requisitos de recursos: establecer objetivos y metas. Supervisar los resultados.
- Reportar periódicamente el estado de avance de los proyectos, con una visión integradora, describiendo los Issues y desafíos críticos.

**_¿QUÉ ESPERAN DE VOS? _**
- Estudios orientados a Tecnología, Administración, o Ingenierías.
- Al menos 3 años de experiência como Service Delivery Manager, Project Manajer o posiciones similares.
- Capacidad de liderar equipos multidisciplinarios bajo distintas tecnologías y framework de desarrollo.
- Que cuentes con capacidad de negociación y comunicación. Conocer la plataforma Sap Business One sera un plus para la posición.
