**The Role**:
We are looking for an **Accounting Specialist** to be part of this amazing and fast - growing Fintech who will support all aspects of accounting and financial analysis, financial planning, and implementation of financial controls. He / She will be responsible for providing analytical support to the Finance Controller, other areas of Clip that may require his analytical skillset, as well as supporting data requests from external auditors. He will work closely with operational areas of Clip to ensure all records are up to date.
Has prior experience on Bookkeeping, General Accounting, External and Internal Audit.
**What will I be doing?**
- Oversee and perform the accounting records for the subsidiary
- Work with the finance team as a local link for accounts payable, accounting, treasury, etc
- Perform account reconciliations, financial analysis and information required
- Monitoring & proposing improvements of established controls.
- Be the link with local banks and the treasury team
- Work with the advisors (accounting, lawyers, etc) to comply with local regulations
- Oversee timely, accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders and expense reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or administration
- +4 years General Accounting
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills (internal & vendors).
- Knowledge of local regulations and FX policy
- Computer literate: Knowledge of SAP, Netsuite or another ERP
