**About the role**

**What you'd do**
Dedicated to our offices in Latin America you will provide HR support to our LATAM CEO and LATAM teams. You will work closely with the Regional & Global People teams on projects and initiatives to drive employee engagement and performance
- **Academy**:Supporting our Academy programme in Buenos Aires - from recruitment through to training coordination and the wellbeing of Academy employees
- **Employee Experience**:Oversight of the employee journey from onboarding to talent management and off boarding.
- **Recruitment**: Work with the business to understand hiring needs and supporting hiring managers through the end to end recruitment process
- **Operations**:Work with the global people operations team to ensure accurate maintenance of employee information, compliance and administration such as employment agreements/contracts
- **Employee Relations**: Work with line managers to manage all employee issues/concerns across LATAM offices
**Who we're looking for**
You are a problem solver with a positive, collaborative spirit and a keen eye for attention to detail. You are organised, efficient, and self-motivated.
- Experience working as a People Partner in an international business.
- Strong in relationship building and active listening.
- Capable of interpreting data and acting on it.
- Knowledgeable in People processes, employee relations, resourcing, and talent mapping.
- Post M&A integration experience is ideal.
