**Main Purpose**
- Be the financial role model partner for the Pilar Site. Help and contribute on the resource / expenses control for all departments in the site, as well as guide the standard cost setting, challenging the status quo, looking for the best cost and process for the plant. Participate in annual and rolling forecast actualization processes, variance analysis and financial commentary.

**Your mission will be to**

**Controlling**:

- Internal control and reporting of operational expenses (NPC/ OpEx) of the plant.
- Monthly track and analysis of SPC (Variances outside standard): inventory revaluation, write off, cost center variances, production order variances, PPV (purchase price variances).
- Participate in standard costs setting process for all products manufactured at the production site. This includes conversion costs, material development, and other related operating costs.
- Calculate third-party manufacture standard costs, track & comment about their variances along the years. Additionally, prepare ad-hoc analysis for new launches or product modifications.
- Support the development and implementation of cost saving initiatives and objectives.
- Work closely with Supply Chain Management in order to have understanding and proper accrual of write-off; as well as inventory analysis and track on a monthly base.
- Generate projects reimbursements to Basile.
- Prepare and account monthly closing reserves and reclass.
- Help in local and regional presentation construction. Participate with production, production planning, technical services, quality, and engineering departments to continually improve productivity and profitability through the assessment of the financial impacts of new products, transfer in/out of products and services, feasibility studies, and the installation of new equipment and/or processes for the manufacture, engineering, and distribution of products.

- Education: Finance, Accounting or Engineering degree.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in financial management or production accounting. Experience with in-plant operations including cost accounting, budgeting, capital review, and auditing preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish and English - reading and writing.
- Competencies: very good controlling knowledge, solid communication skills, analytical, well manage of time and task complexity.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, to provide value adding cost guidance.
- High knowledge of SAP, Excel, and digital tools.
