**Importante entidad bancaria está en busca de un “Diseñador de Servicios” para sumarse al equipo de Experiência del Usuario (UX). Tendrá la oportunidad de acompañar, gestionar e incluso liderar desafíos que buscan involucrar la visión del cliente en diferentes productos y servicios.**:
**¿Qué desafíos tenemos para vos?**
- Trabajar en el diseño de servicios para lograr una mejor experiência de los clientes.
- Planificar y ejecutar talleres de co-creación con stakeholders.
- Mapear experiências.
- Entender qué tipo de artefacto utilizar para diseñar, validar y testear servicios.
- Capacidad para identificar las inquietudes de las diferentes áreas de negocios.
- Autonomía y responsabilidad para cumplir objetivos sin necesidad de control.
- Capacidad para liderar proyectos.

**¿Qué valoramos?**
- Contar con conocimientos sobre Design Thinking (excluyente).
- Contar con más de 3 años de experiência en procesos de diseño centrado en las personas (excluyente).
- Experiência de investigación.
- Fuertes habilidades de escritura y la capacidad de presentar hallazgos de forma clara, convincente y creíble.
- Habilidades y recursos para el diseño visual.
- Conocimiento de Mural, Miró y Paquete Adobe.
- Inglés intermedio/avanzado.

**Deseable**
- Conocimientos de métricas de CX.
- Conocimiento y experiência en proyectos donde se trabajó con metodologías Agiles.
- Contar con conocimientos sobre Diseño de Interacción.
- Haber trabajado en proyectos de diseño de software para empresas.
