We are currently looking for a QA Lead, to join our team and to be part of an important international client project.
Key Responsibilities:
· Leadership and mentorship of QA/QE teams
- Collaborate with other teams: Working together with development and product teams to understand changes and testing needs.
- Identify and document defects: Detect, document, and track errors and issues in the software.
- Improve QA processes: Propose and implement preventive and corrective actions to enhance quality assurance processes.
- Build high quality test strategy, test plan, test cases, sign-off for all testing activities: functional, regression, smoke, integration, end-to-end testing
- Participate in test strategy discussions, Automation estimations and plan executions
- Provide technical guidance/support to onsite/offshore teams.
- Fix the issues/challenges within the onsite/offshore teams.
- Communicate project team risks with mitigations along with timely follow- ups.
Necessary skills and experience required:
· More than 5 years of experience in the role.
· Advanced English.
· Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated QA experience in a QA manager or QA lead role.
· Significant experience in Data engineering or data product related testing.
· Proficient in python C#, Java, Selenium, Azure DevOps, VSTS, VS Code, JMeter, Blazemeter or similar tools
· Must have leading and managing experience in all QA activities: data engineering, manual testing, test automation, performance testing.
· Experience in Automation architecture development and/or maintenance
· Team lead experience with offshore – onshore model

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina. Shift: 9 a 18hs, Full Time. (Hybrid work model)
