This is an e-commerce company seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join their team. This role is a full-time position based in Latin America, focused on creating impactful designs for our consumer products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing for e-commerce, with experience in packaging, branding, advertisements, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Packaging Design: Create eye-catching packaging that aligns with brand identity and appeals to our target market.
2. Branding: Develop and maintain cohesive branding guidelines across multiple product lines.
3. Advertising Materials: Design effective and creative advertisements for digital and print platforms.
4. Social Media Content: Design engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring a consistent visual identity across channels.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a background in consumer products, e-commerce, DTC (direct-to-consumer), or Shopify.
2. Skills: Proficient in packaging design, branding, print work, advertisements, and social media content creation.
3. Languages: Fluent in English (accent not critical).
4. Experience Level: Senior-level experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
5. Education: A Bachelor's degree is not required, but a solid design portfolio is essential.
6. Tech: Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms.

Work Schedule: Full-time position working during Pacific hours.
