About the role: We are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Specialist who is enthusiastic and passionate about providing an excellent service. Whether it's a forgotten password, installing new software or troubleshooting virtual machines - our incredible Service Desk team is here to help

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical/administrative support to IT users
  2. Resolve technical issues and escalate where necessary
  3. Respond to routine technical requests
  4. Report significant project milestones to end users
  5. Maintain user hardware
  6. Configure LAN connectivity and network end-user devices
  7. Administer user accounts and access rights
  8. Manage documentation and asset inventory

Requirements:

  1. Experience as a technical support or Service Desk Specialist
  2. Practical experience in the operation and troubleshooting of user workplace environments
  3. Advanced knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 8, 8.1, 10), Microsoft Office 2013/2016 suite 365 CLOUD
  4. Basic knowledge of Microsoft domain environment based on Active Directory, Ethernet, TCP/IP, DHCP, WINS, and DNS
  5. Upper-intermediate English and Czech/Slovak verbal and written communication skills
