Sobre esta búsqueda

Buscamos un UX Designer Lead con especial foco en Diseño de Interacción. Tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar en una vibrante comunidad profesional, junto a un equipo experimentado, motivado a superarse de modo constante y que sabe disfrutar el viaje. Podrás desarrollarte para enfrentar desafíos complejos de nuestros clientes aplicando un enfoque riguroso y sofisticado de diseño e innovación.

Requisitos
  1. Perfil estratégico, capacidad para entender las necesidades de negocios y relacionarte de manera directa con nuestros clientes, incluso en los niveles más altos de las organizaciones.
  2. Capacidad para liderar proyectos de UX, diseño de productos y equipos de trabajo, administrando prioridades, requerimientos, recursos y plazos.
  3. Buen nivel de inglés como para leer de corrido, redactar un correo y mantener una conversación.
  4. Una buena base teórica en design thinking, diseño de interacción, diseño de servicios, investigación con usuarios o disciplinas relacionadas.
  5. Espíritu creativo y mente analítica.
  6. Extroversión (o introversión y valentía) para liderar actividades como un taller de diseño o una presentación.

  1. Tener experiencia práctica en cualquiera de los campos relacionados con el design thinking, innovación, diseño de productos digitales o servicios centrados en la persona.
  2. Contar con capacitación formal en liderazgo y/o gestión de proyectos.
  3. Conocer el lenguaje y poder manejarte con soltura en los ámbitos de la innovación, los negocios y la tecnología.
  4. Tener experiencia en consultoría o docencia, independientemente de la rama o tema.
  5. Aportar algo distinto: nos interesa sumar personas al equipo que vean el mundo con perspectivas diversas.
  6. Sentido del humor.
