Cognizant is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Team Lead for a hybrid day shift. You will oversee end-to-end safety activities across pharma R&D, coordinating PV data management and case processing to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
The role requires 3+ years PV experience, including 1 year leading teams, and fluent English with strong communication and leadership skills. Impactful patient safety contributions are expected.
