Are you interested in working as a team with the customer-facing roles, Access, the Medical Department and other areas of the Company, to design a customer-focused strategy and jointly develop a comprehensive plan for the therapeutic area, responding to qualitative and quantitative performance?

If so, this position could be the right place for you With the role of Marketing Specialist / Expert you could work together to implement the therapeutic area plans in the short and long term to achieve better results for more patients in the shortest possible time.

The Opportunity:
  1. Build therapeutic area awareness with external stakeholders and internal collaborators.
  2. Establish, cultivate and drive partnerships with outside organizations (relevant medical societies and medical institutions).
  3. Develop, feedback and execute therapeutic area strategy in alignment with the PJPs and HSPs.
  4. Provide expertise on digital tools and non-traditional communication channels.
  5. Enable initiatives to leverage the insights provided by the PJPs and HSPs.
  6. Help remove obstacles that stand between commitments/goals and business success.
  7. Create momentum for the launch of new molecules.
  8. Conduct insight analysis to identify networking opportunities across different external ecosystems.
  9. Promote an environment of co-creation and exchange of learnings, experiences, and initiatives among PJPs and HSPs.
  10. Ensure the sharing of best practices.
  11. Provide expertise to implement solutions in the ecosystems. Act as facilitators for PJPs and HSPs in the process of finding better, faster, and more effective local solutions through collaboration.
  12. Foster connections between countries, regionally and globally, to potentiate synergies and shared solutions across countries or therapeutic areas.
  13. Seek innovative tools (prioritizing digital tools) that might support PPoCs.
  14. Support in the development of the local launch readiness strategies.
  15. Coordinate with the local team the creation and use of the required digital tools, materials, and channels to support the Hematology Customer Experience.
  16. Coordinate Market Research or Landscaping initiatives that can be run to increase knowledge around different ecosystems.
  17. Work as a self-managed team, in alliance with other Therapeutic Area experts from the affiliate and from the network.
Who you are:
  1. University degree (Business, Marketing, Digital, Advertising, Communication).
  2. Understanding of digital innovation methodologies.
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience developing tasks related to marketing and/or business planning, in the pharmaceutical industry or other industries (experience within Oncology is a plus).
  4. Understanding of Customer Centricity and engagement models and strategies.
  5. Desired expertise in marketing, digital communication, customer experience excellence, and/or strategy design and implementation.
  6. Fluent in English and Spanish.
  7. Desired experience working with an agile framework.
