Partner with the best

As a Labor and Employee Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  1. Being a lawyer or labor relations expert specializing in L&E and LR laws & regulations/policies & practices as they pertain to employees, including in the areas of benefits, compensation, and human rights.
  2. Providing guidance and counsel in union negotiations and employee relations matters.
  3. Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approaches and methods for solving complex problems.
  4. Leading as a project leader of medium-sized projects or being a major contributor to bigger projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event.

To be successful in this role you will:

  1. Have a Bachelor's degree in Law, Labor Relations, or similar from an accredited university or college.
  2. Have 2 - 3 years of experience in labor relations, and unions in Argentina.
  3. Demonstrate oil and gas industry expertise is preferable.
  4. Be fluent in English.
  5. Be able to travel 20% - 30% of the time within the country.
