About the Role

In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for potential guests, managing inquiries, processing bookings, and ensuring a seamless reservation experience. Your ability to provide excellent customer service, manage room inventory effectively, and represent the hotel professionally is crucial. Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Accurately input and manage room bookings and guest information in the Property Management System (PMS).
• Provide information on room types, rates, amenities, and hotel policies.
• Assist guests with modifications or cancellations of existing reservations.
• Upsell hotel services and packages to enhance the guest booking experience.
• Coordinate with the front desk and sales teams to ensure efficient room allocation and guest communication.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel reservations or a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
• Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and reservation software.
• Excellent communication, telephone etiquette, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
