Senior M&A Associate — Lead High-Impact Deals

Sandton Law Firm is seeking a Senior Associate specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions to lead and manage complex transactions. You will provide strategic legal advice, oversee deal structuring, and guide negotiations through to finalization, working with corporate clients in South Africa.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of M&A experience, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of corporate law, securities regulations, and deal practice.
