Remote Technical Support Specialist

Sovos is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a temporary contract. You will respond to tickets, calls, and emails; troubleshoot software issues; document interactions; escalate complex problems when needed; and provide onboarding support to new customers.

You will train customers, follow up on resolutions, and work with product teams to identify recurring issues. Remote-friendly with some travel to Sovos locations.
