En VADEX, empresa referente en innovación, calidad y sustentabilidad en el sector de recubrimientos y pinturas, estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Revenue Manager para sumarse a nuestro equipo.

Objetivo del Puesto: Buscamos un profesional que lidere la estrategia integral de marketing a nivel nacional y regional, maximizando ingresos y rentabilidad mediante estrategias de precios, previsión y optimización de canales de venta. La misión es fortalecer la identidad de la marca, generar demanda y potenciar el crecimiento de nuestras líneas actuales y futuras.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  1. Diseño e implementación de estrategias de fijación de precios y optimización de ingresos.
  2. Análisis de datos, previsión de tendencias y evaluación de indicadores clave.
  3. Desarrollo y ejecución del plan anual de marketing, branding y posicionamiento. Coordinación y liderazgo del equipo de marketing.
  4. Supervisión de campañas publicitarias en canales digitales y tradicionales.
  5. Estrategia de marketing digital, redes sociales, CRM y automatización.
  6. Expansión de canales de venta y relación con socios estratégicos.

Requisitos:

  1. Título universitario en Marketing, Comunicación, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
  2. Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en posiciones similares, preferentemente en industrias, construcción o consumo masivo.
  3. Experiencia liderando equipos y colaborando con dirección general.
  4. Dominio de herramientas de marketing digital, análisis de datos y gestión de campañas.
  5. Perfil estratégico, creativo, con liderazgo y orientación a resultados.
  6. Nivel de inglés avanzado (deseable).

Se Valorará Especialmente:

  1. Experiencia en empresas con fuerte identidad de marca o en expansión regional.
  2. Conocimiento del sector pinturas, recubrimientos o químicos industriales.
  3. Perfil proactivo, con ganas de dejar huella en una empresa en pleno crecimiento.
  4. Capacidad de combinar estrategia con ejecución y seguimiento de resultados.
