Job Description Summary:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Quality Control Coordinator to join our team in CABA. The ideal candidate is passionate about operational process control and innovative in maintaining high-quality standards across our manufacturing operations. This position is a fixed-term contract until January 31, 2026, to cover a leave of absence.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Coordinate and monitor activities related to the operational process control, ensuring the proper execution of the department's activities and adherence to good manufacturing practices within the plant.
  • Lead the effective implementation of preventive quality control systems to maintain high levels of performance and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, rules, and practices.
  • Design validations for new technologies and processes and guide relevant areas to ensure correct implementation.
  • Lead complaint investigations and support the troubleshooting process to swiftly resolve issues.
  • Define metrics' targets and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Analyze trends in indicators and take appropriate action based on business needs.

What are the Qualifications Needed:

  • Recent graduates in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Bioengineering.
  • While prior work experience is not required, internship experience in the food or pharmaceutical industries or laboratory settings is highly valued.
  • A candidate who is proactive and curious about processes, with a knack for solving unexpected challenges.
  • Ability to coordinate with and lead a team of people to ensure efficient resolution of issues.
  • An adaptable individual who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys collaborative work.
