MyZone works in a results-only work environment (ROWE) so you are provided flexibility in setting your own hours and working from home. What you'll do

Develop and implement Facebook and Google campaign strategies. Monitor, optimize and report on performance. Work with the rest of the Media Buying Team in determining best practices for digital campaigns, maintain expertise in Facebook Ads management, and develop knowledge in other platforms (Google, Pinterest, Bing, etc.). Participate in other general digital marketing related responsibilities as required. Actively participate in weekly client status meetings, prepare reports on campaign performance and recommendations to reach client's goals. Be involved in any media buying related requirements. Provide overall support across the media buying team and the day-to-day running of digital campaigns.

What you'll bring

A minimum of 5 years of experience working with digital media buying in general. 3+ years of experience with Facebook Ads (Ad Agency experience doing Facebook Ads buying is a strong plus). Ability to confidently meet with clients, assess their needs, and present creative strategies. You are able to work independently and remotely. You also have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment... and we mean fast ;) You have demonstrated superior planning and budgeting capabilities; you have the skills needed to skillfully manage budget and tracks performance via KPI's. You are highly analytical, data-driven and detail-oriented. You are super organized and efficient with task management. You have proven track record of analysis, strategizing, execution, and optimization. You have excellent written and verbal communications skills and you speak English at an idiomatic level. You've worked in an agency setting and you understand the ever-changing priorities and deadlines of the environment. You have a strong desire to learn new skills, improve processes, and continually develop personally and professionally. HubSpot, Asana, Slack experience a plus
