Lago is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage buyer messages, reviews, and refunds on the Amazon platform. This remote role covers Philippines and Latin America, with a 9am-5pm PST schedule and a salary range of $1,280 - $1,760 at an hourly rate of $8-$11.
You will act as SME for CS functions, guide peers, and stay current on Amazon policies while maintaining high-quality buyer experiences across multiple client accounts.
