We're looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Salesforce Developer - Commerce Cloud to join our Zinovo LATAM team. In this role, the ideal candidate will specialize in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, leveraging tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs to drive our business solutions and shape the digital landscape. We're seeking exceptional developers who go beyond mere configuration and embrace the art of coding. Ideal candidates are adept problem solvers who thrive in the realms of communities, custom components, and seamless integrations. Your expertise in navigating intricate scenarios will be the final touch to refine our solutions.

In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

1. Meet with clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
2. Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform. Implement customer-based solutions and develop products on the Salesforce platform with code and declarative tools.
3. Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation. Participate in the sales cycle as needed (solution definition, pre-sales, estimating, and project planning).
4. Be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans).
5. Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce platform. Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.
6. Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts.
7. Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and "how-to" assistance.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Fluent English proficiency at B2 level or higher (verifiable).
2. Salesforce Platform Developer I and either Platform App Builder or Salesforce Administrator certifications.
3. 3-6+ years of Salesforce developer experience, including Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Aura/Lightning Web Components. Specific experience with Commerce Cloud implementations is highly desirable.
4. Specialized skills: previous experience with Commerce Cloud, Java/C#, Javascript, SQL/NoSQL technologies.
5. Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration, as well as object-oriented design patterns and development.
6. A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment, with a focus on Commerce Cloud projects.
7. Interest in developing their professional network through participation in technology user groups, networking events, and technology organizations, with a specific emphasis on Commerce Cloud communities.
8. Experience working with version control, specifically Git.
9. Highly motivated with an intense work ethic; organized, independent, and an outside thinker.
10. A person who appreciates feedback and direction, yet is a self-starter who can run on their own ideas.
11. A wizard with organization and multi-tasking.
