Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de "Analista de Customer Experience" para unirse a nuestro equipo dentro del área Comercial
Responsabilidades:- Generación, recolección y análisis de encuestas de satisfacción de cliente.
- Responder a consultas, reclamos y solicitudes de soporte de clientes relativas a productos comercializados por la compañía.
- Realizar un seguimiento de casos de asistencia para asegurar que los mismos sean resueltos.
- Asistir en la resolución de conflictos de casos de asistencia.
- Gestionar y analizar la información de campo generada por el sector para soporte a cliente interno (áreas comerciales, Marketing, R&D, SGC, etc.).
- Estudiante avanzado/ recibido en profesorado, ingenierías de ciencias de la vida, ciencias exactas, ciencias sociales o afines.
- Experiencia de +1 año en puestos similares.
- Inglés avanzado- Excluyente.
- Conocimiento en idioma Portugués- Deseable.
Terragene, cuya planta de investigación, desarrollo y producción se encuentra en la ciudad de Alvear, Santa Fe, Argentina; fue fundada en el año 2006 con capitales nacionales. En la actualidad, con su División de Control de Infecciones, lidera la fabricación de más de 400 productos destinados al control de la eficiencia de procesos de esterilización, lavado, limpieza y termo desinfección en hospitales, centros odontológicos; industrias alimenticias, farmacéuticas, cosméticas y de dispositivos médicos.
