Parexel International is hiring an HR Onboarding Specialist in Argentina. The role supports recruiters by reviewing applications and resumes to identify discrepancies, and adjudicates background check records in line with company standards.
It requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in a fast-paced environment, and fluent English. You will liaise with HR partners and Legal on complex matters, train new staff, and participate in special projects as needed.
