Job Description

MRM is a Digital Marketing and Advertising leading multinational company. We're looking for a Ssr Marketing Coordinator with strong project management and team oversight skills to join our global team, supporting one of our top accounts. In this role, you'll play a key part in executing marketing initiatives for the client's Commercial Market, one of its four strategic business areas. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of marketing programs, specifically for event coordination.

Work schedule: 10:00 to 19:00 hs

What You'll Do

  • Project & Team Oversight: Manage end-to-end event coordination. Oversee cross-functional collaboration, providing guidance and structure to team members.
  • Event Management: Oversee scheduling, briefing, and execution of commercial events, ensuring smooth delivery and compliance with guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and partners to align on event objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Content & Messaging: Develop promotional copy, coordinate content reviews, and ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Process & Compliance: Track marketing efforts, maintain event calendars, monitor KPIs, and generate reports on event performance.
  • Lead Management: Manage lead lists, track engagement, and provide reports on event effectiveness.

Required Experience

  • 4 years of experience in marketing communications, business operations, or consulting (agency or client-side).
  • Project management expertise, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives and support team coordination.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and ensuring process adherence.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
