The Team Lead, Reporting and Analytics is responsible for leading a team dedicated to providing critical insights into various organizational metrics. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and relevance, and supporting decision-making across the organization. The Team Lead will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders, including Business HR, HRSS, and HR COEs, to identify workforce analytics needs and opportunities. This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills, a deep understanding of reporting tools and core HR technology.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  1. Lead a team of Reporting and Analytics Specialists. Ensure the team meets all key performance indicators to effectively deliver organizational goals.
  2. Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop analytics solutions to support informed decision-making.
  3. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide critical insights into various organizational metrics.
  4. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards and policies.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in reporting and analytics.

Required Qualifications:

  1. (BA) Minimum of 7 years of experience in business intelligence and report development.
  2. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
  3. Highly proficient with Microsoft Power BI and other reporting tools and core HR technology.
  4. Must be proficient in English.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with customers and stakeholders in a global environment.
  7. Flexible shift when required to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  2. Experience in supporting multinational client groups.

Relocation Options:

Relocation is not offered for this role. Only local candidates will be considered.

Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
