We are searching for the best talent for Sales Supervisor to be in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Purpose: Manage the Vision Care business operation in Argentina with enthusiasm, exploring market opportunities and potential to achieve and exceed the company's sales goals. Proactively manage key accounts, the independent channel, distributors, and the sales force to drive franchise growth and increase in-market sales. Additionally, always seek to enhance the quality of service within the channel. Leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team is essential for ensuring the successful execution of the commercial strategy. Join us in this exciting journey

You will be responsible for:

  1. Contribute to business planning by offering insights on sales targets and channels, and create sales volume projections.
  2. Increase product category by enhancing wearer numbers.
  3. Boost sales volume in the territory.
  4. Manage the sales team comprehensively, covering recruitment and performance management.
  5. Meet gross to net sales budgets.
  6. Oversee commercial account agreements and distributor contracts.
  7. Develop sales policies based on market conditions and competition.
  8. Establish and develop distribution channels in the country.
  9. Ensure effective logistics and distribution for optimal operations.
  10. Maintain controlled inventory levels at distributors and trade channels.
  11. Foster relationships with ECPs and KOLs.
  12. Engage with customers through market visits to support the sales team.
  13. Monitor competitors and analyze market trends.
  14. Work with marketing and education to implement key activities and training.
  15. Uphold high service levels for customer satisfaction.
  16. Provide training and support to ECPs and distributors to improve service.
  17. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree (in Business Administration, Marketing, Economy, or Engineering); MBA/postgraduate preferred.
  2. Advanced English proficiency.
  3. Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and negotiation skills.
  4. Strategic thinker with innovative solution implementation capabilities.
  5. Highly organized with attention to detail and collaborative team-working skills.
  6. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently (50%+).
  7. Committed to integrity and compliance with company values and quality standards.
  8. +5 years in sales management, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or mass consumption - Vision Care experience is a plus.
  9. Proven ability to lead sales teams and meet commercial targets, manage key accounts, and build relationships with healthcare professionals.
