Designing and implementing identity and access management strategies to protect sensitive information
Managing user identities and access rights to validate secure and efficient system access
Leading teams in the development and execution of cybersecurity initiatives
Utilizing Azure Active Directory and Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) to enhance security measures
Overseeing the deployment of access control models and authorization management systems
Analyzing system components to identify vulnerabilities and improve security protocols
Mentoring team members to develop skills and deliver quality client solutions
Collaborating with leadership to maintain project timelines and deliverables
Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders
Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to identity governance and access management, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials
Demonstrating proficiency in Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management
Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance IT Risk Management strategies
Excelling in coaching and feedback to develop team capabilities
Embracing change and innovation in cybersecurity practices
Managing complex identity and access management systems effectively
