Job Description:

Misión: Administrar, supervisar y coordinar los registros financieros de los proyectos a fin de garantizar la correcta y oportuna información contable, y financiera de los diferentes proyectos para detectar desvíos que permitan tomar las acciones necesarias para optimizar los resultados del proyectos. Optimizando de esta manera los recursos para el mejor cumplimiento del contrato y satisfacción del cliente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Controlar la integridad y correcto registros contables que afectan a cada proyecto a fin de asegurar la confiabilidad y oportunidad de la información reportada.
  • Efectuar el seguimiento y control de las garantías otorgadas en cada proyecto.
  • Hacer la evaluación y manejo de los riesgos y oportunidades con el fin de evitar poner en situaciones de riesgo a la compañía y/o aprovechar las oportunidades para mejorar los resultados.
  • Asistir al Project Manager en la elaboración de los análisis financieros requeridos.
  • Controlar los hitos de facturación/avance de proyecto informando oportunamente los desvíos correspondientes.
  • Preparar la información financiera para un correcto desenvolvimiento de los Project Review.
  • Hacer seguimiento y control de las adquisiciones de materiales y servicios de los proyectos.
  • Controlar la ejecución del presupuesto de los proyectos para garantizar las utilidades esperadas y presentar los reportes financieros y de costos.
  • Hacer seguimiento y control de costos, alcances, pronóstico, flujo de caja y cartera con el fin de controlar que se entregue lo ofrecido, dentro del presupuesto.
  • Documentar los controles internos mensuales de cada proyecto.
  • Informar y alertar sobre probables desvíos/issues del proyecto que puedan generar desvíos en el margen esperado.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional en Contaduría o Administración de Empresas con 3 - 4 años de experiencia
  • Experiencia en contabilidad general
  • Conocimientos intermedios en ofertas de proyectos
  • Nivel de inglés avanzado
  • Manejo de SAP (deseable)
  • Conocimiento en aspectos legales, finanzas y costos (deseable)
