Nuestra búsqueda se orienta a un(a) Administrador(a) de Contratos Senior, con más de 10 años de experiência, para importante proyecto minero.

Responsabilidades

  1. Participación en el desarrollo y definición del alcance del servicio.
  2. Licitar contratos de Construcción y servicios a la construcción.
  3. Negociación de términos y condiciones contractuales.
  4. Canalizar todas las comunicaciones por reclamos de Subcontratistas.
  5. Realizar el seguimiento de los certificados de avance y pagos.
  6. Mantener un reporte ordenado y detallado de la documentación de todos los subcontratos.
  7. Realizar el seguimiento de cada subcontrato con el objetivo de detectar de manera temprana, cualquier desvío al contrato original.
  8. Realizar el control detallado de todas las solicitudes de cambios.
  9. Emitir reportes ejecutivos durante el transcurso de todo el proyecto.
  10. Verificar que los materiales y/o servicios se encuentren bajo requerimiento de contrato.
  11. Realizar el cierre de cada subcontrato e informe final.

Lo que traerás

  1. Experiência técnica e industrial.
  2. Profesional en las carreras de Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, o afines.
  3. Experiência mínima de 10 años en posiciones afines en proyectos de gran envergadura con experiência en manejo de contratos EPC., valoramos experiência en proyectos mineros.
  4. Excelente manejo de relaciones interpersonales y proactividad.
  5. Inglés avanzado (excluyente).
  6. Disponibilidad para trabajar en sitio (roster 14x14).
