Vivant is on a mission to eliminate downtime for SMBs. We seek Level 1-2 Support Engineers to ensure 100% uptime for our clients. You will handle VoIP and network issues, run SIP traces, and assist with PBX provisioning.
English proficiency and US customer support are required, with a schedule aligned to U.S. Central Time. Join Vivant to troubleshoot SIP, QoS metrics, and WiFi connectivity while maintaining SLAs and clear communication with customers.
