Modalidad: Híbrido (3 veces por semana)

Responsabilidades
  1. Coordinar el día a día del equipo de community managers/content creators.
  2. Liderar el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias de contenido y comunicación en las plataformas sociales de nuestros clientes.
  3. Crear y gestionar los calendarios de contenido de cada cliente, asegurando una planificación coherente y oportuna de publicaciones.
  4. Velar por la correcta publicación de los calendarios y acciones de comunicación de cada cliente.
  5. Trabajar colaborativamente con el equipo creativo para desarrollar propuestas a clientes y acciones relevantes.
  6. Supervisar y analizar el rendimiento de los calendarios y acciones establecidas, generando reportes para cada caso en conjunto con el equipo de data insights.
  7. Mantenerse al tanto de las últimas tendencias en redes sociales y aplicar ese conocimiento para mejorar continuamente las estrategias y tácticas de contenido.
  8. Participar del desarrollo de propuestas creativas, estratégicas y de contenido para clientes o proyectos asignados.
Requisitos
  1. Graduado en Marketing, Comunicación Social, Comunicación Digital, Publicidad o afines.
  2. Experiencia coordinando equipos de trabajo multidisciplinarios.
  3. Experiencia comprobada en un rol similar, con al menos 4 años de experiencia en gestión de redes sociales y creación de contenido.
  4. Profundo conocimiento de las principales plataformas sociales (Facebook, Instagram, X, Tik Tok, Youtube, Twitch, LinkedIn) y experiencia en el uso de herramientas de gestión de redes sociales.
  5. Excelentes habilidades de redacción y edición, con la capacidad de crear contenido atractivo y relevante para diferentes audiencias.
  6. Fuertes habilidades analíticas, con la capacidad de interpretar datos y métricas para informar decisiones estratégicas.
  7. Conocimiento de herramientas de medición y experiencia en generación de reportes.
  8. Experiencia en generación de presentaciones estratégicas y creativas a clientes.
  9. Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno de equipo colaborativo.
  10. Creatividad y pasión por la innovación, con un ojo agudo para las últimas tendencias en redes sociales y marketing digital.
  11. Habilidades para trabajar en un ambiente dinámico y creativo, con flexibilidad, compromiso y entusiasmo.
Se valora:
  1. Experiencia generando y coordinando coberturas en vivo en redes sociales de distintos eventos.
  2. Experiencia dando feedback a equipos de diseño y creativo.
  3. Manejo de herramientas de edición de contenido mobile (Canva, CapCut, etc).
