What you will do
  1. Develop and maintain reusable, scalable email templates aligned with Asana's branding and architecture.
  2. Ensure compatibility and optimal performance within Iterable and Marketo.
  3. Optimize email design for responsiveness, accessibility, and deliverability best practices.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and engineering, to ensure seamless execution.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email rendering, formatting, and platform compatibility.
Must haves
  1. 2 years experience in Email Development.
  2. Strong expertise in email development and template creation.
  3. 2 years experience working with Iterable and Marketo.
  4. Knowledge of email best practices, including responsive design and deliverability optimization.
  5. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and email-specific coding frameworks.
  6. Understanding of dynamic content, personalization, and segmentation.
Nice to haves
  1. Experience with additional marketing automation tools.
  2. Familiarity with AMP for email.
  3. Background in A/B testing and performance analytics for email campaigns.
