magic in Argentina is seeking an experienced Paid Search Manager to own and scale Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns. You will manage a combined monthly budget of $225K–$250K+, guiding strategy, execution, and optimization to drive revenue.
You will oversee campaign structures including Branded, Non-Branded, PMax, and Demand Generation, using tROAS bidding to maximize ROAS and growth. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset are essential.
