We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager is a critical, strategic role responsible for providing high-level support to the CEO.
In this hybrid role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to a busy entrepreneur who manages three businesses. You will split your time between working remotely and collaborating in person during occasional visits to Buenos Aires.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented professional with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
What you will do:
- Manage and prioritize the executive team's calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and present financial and operational reports to the CEO.
- Act as a gatekeeper and manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage cash flow and payments.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic business plans.
- Drive strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Identify and address operational challenges, implementing effective solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, cross-functional teams, contractors, and external partners.
About you:
- Bilingualism (Spanish and English) is a must.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in financial management, executive assistance, and business operations.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
- Proven ability to develop and manage financial reports, budgets, and payments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Project Management software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Tech-savvy (AI trained).
- Leadership experience with remote teams.
About the role:
- Work with a passionate and successful entrepreneur.
- Full-time position available - working hours: 10 am to 7 pm (Argentina time zone).
