Nuestro cliente, multinacional reconocida líder de infraestructura digital y tecnología, busca suAccount Manager Senior (Farmer)para incorporarse a su equipo de la operación deBuenos Aires, Argentina.
Objetivo del cargo:
Esta persona será la responsable de gestionar y expandir las relaciones comerciales con los clientes existentes en el sector de telecomunicaciones, específicamente en servicios de fibra Óptica. Será quien desarrolle cuentas de ventas de un territorio establecido para un conjunto de servicios, así como de gestionar los sistemas de la compañía para proporcionar información actualizada sobre el estado de los negocios.
Responsabilidades:
- Gestión de Cuentas Existentes
- Mantener y Fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes actuales.
- Asegurar la Satisfacción del cliente y detectar las nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Expansión de Ventas (Farmer)
- Desarrollar cuentas ya establecidas.
- Proponer soluciones adicionales de fibra óptica para el aumento del volumen de negocio con cada cliente.
- Estrategia y Negociación
- Identificar las necesidades del cliente y ofrecer servicios de conectividad (fibra, redes, servicios cloud, etc).
- Colaboración Interna
- Coordinar con los diferentes equipos técnicos y de operaciones la correcta implementación de las soluciones.
- Trabajar con el área de marketing y ventas para estrategias de retención y upselling.
- Conocimiento del Mercado
- Analizar las tendencias de telecomunicaciones y fibra óptica.
- Conocer las competencias y diferenciar los servicios de la empresa.
- Profesionales en: Administración de empresas, ingeniería de telecomunicaciones, Ingeniero electrónico, Ingeniero de sistemas o afines.
- Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en ventas de servicios de telecomunicaciones (servicios de red, distribución de contenido, servicios de seguridad gerenciados y de voz), generación de leads y desarrollo de nuevas cuentas.
- Experiencia en ventas B2B dentro del sector de telecomunicaciones y/o tecnología.
- Conocimiento en Infraestructura de Fibra Óptica y Servicios Asociados.
- Nivel d inglés: básico/intermedio
- Herramientas de CRM, SAP y paquete de Office
