MAVI seeks an experienced Accounting Team Lead to run the month‑end, quarterly, and annual close for US‑based client companies, working remotely from Mexico. You will lead a small team of accountants, review entries, and ensure US GAAP, ASC 606, 842, and 718 compliance while delivering on schedule.
You’ll mentor staff, improve processes, and partner with US leadership and auditors across time zones.
