Territory Provider Partnerships Associate

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow a provider referral territory across Northwest, AR. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with primary care physicians, specialists, and clinic staff to drive insurance-covered nutrition referrals.

You will spend most days in the field, nurturing new partnerships and expanding existing accounts, while tracking activity in Salesforce and meeting monthly referral targets.
