Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our translation services team. In this role, you will oversee complex multilingual projects, manage client relationships, and lead a team of project coordinators while ensuring the highest quality standards in language services delivery.

1. Lead end-to-end management of large-scale translation and localization projects across multiple language pairs, content types, and delivery platforms.
2. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans while monitoring key performance indicators.
3. Build and nurture relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
4. Manage and mentor a team of project coordinators, guiding best practices and professional development.
5. Collaborate with linguists, reviewers, and subject matter experts to ensure quality and consistency across deliverables.
6. Implement and optimize project management processes and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
7. Monitor project profitability and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
8. Evaluate and implement translation technologies and tools to enhance productivity and quality.

1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Languages, or related field.
2. 5+ years of project management experience in the language services industry.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale translation projects.
4. Strong knowledge of CAT tools, translation management systems, and industry-standard software.
5. Excellence in client relationship management and stakeholder communication.
6. Experience managing and developing team members.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
9. Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language.
10. Preferred Qualifications:
11. Experience with machine translation post-editing workflows.
12. Experience in specialized translation domains (legal, medical, technical).
13. Advanced degree in Translation Studies or related field.
