Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local Affiliate KOLs/influencers, Brokers, Institutional investors, and integration partners, ensuring alignment with brand and strategic objectives, and build partnerships with channels for the purpose of user acquisition.
  • Planning and execution of online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with crypto partners.
  • Design and execute tailored campaigns with channels to target specific audiences and maximize impact.
  • Localize global marketing campaigns to align with the cultural and market-specific nuances of the region.
  • Expand the user base and grow awareness of the brand in LATAM.
  • Devise creative ways to identify potential growth channels and user acquisition.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and channel performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of BD marketing experience.
  • Experience building large growth networks.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Understanding of fundamental growth channel customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation.
  • Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency space and enthusiasm for blockchain technology.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
