We're on the hunt for a for a full-time Motion Designer to join the Motion Array Original Content Team in Tel Aviv If you're a creative visionary with a passion for motion design, enjoy solving creative challenges, and is excited to set new trends in the industry, we'd love to hear from you

• Design and animate the highest quality motion graphic templates and animations
• Develop new creative visual concepts to enhance our content's brand identity
• Write briefs, direct, and collaborate with top global designers, animators, and other creatives to develop new innovative visual assets that align with the latest trends in the industry
• Work with a team of motion designers to inspire and support each other's creations.
• Utilizing new cutting-edge tools to improve the quality of our creative workflow

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and 3D software
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing exceptional motion design and animation skills
• Keen eye on new and emerging trends in motion design
• A strong sense for typography and classic graphic design principles
• Experience with AI video tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead end-to-end projects
• Self-driven, independent, with the ability to think outside the box
• A bachelor's degree in art or design or an equivalent degree
• Fluent in English, with strong speaking and writing skills
