About the job: Senior Salesforce Administrator

What you'll do
  1. Work with stakeholders to groom and maintain a CRM product backlog
  2. Build and maintain Dashboard and Reports
  3. Use Declarative Salesforce functionality to build out our Salesforce CRM
  4. Act as a member of an Agile Scrum team and work with programmatic developers and product owners to build an excellent CRM solution to deliver value across the organization
  5. Strategically build account hierarchies
  6. Leverage your Salesforce knowledge to adequately train employees on how to use Salesforce
  7. Create CRM best practices
  8. Maintain and own responsibility for a Salesforce-driven organization
What we're looking for
  1. Previous experience working with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud required
  2. Previous experience working with Salesforce CPQ (it is a big plus for this client)
  3. Deep knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce platform
  4. Experience working with various departments and teams to build Dashboards and Reports
  5. Experience working with programmers to determine the best solutions and when to use Declarative vs Programmatic Solutions
  6. Basic knowledge and understanding of SOQL and Salesforce Metadata
  7. Use of a repository to track declarative changes
  8. Familiar with the latest Salesforce tools and features such as Salesforce CLI, Scratch Orgs, Einstein Activity Metrics, Ant for Metadata deployments, etc.
  9. High-Level understanding of the Salesforce deployment processes and environment management
  10. Experience with Sandboxes, Data Loader, Data Import Wizard and Gearset
  11. High-Level understanding of Apex and Visualforce
  12. Experience with Flows and Process Builder
  13. Experience with Salesforce Lightning, especially Lightning Console
  14. (Bonus) Experience in the Manufacturing (or Industrial) business market
