El Experience Design & Omnichannel Orchestrator Lead será responsable de diseñar y planificar los recorridos de usuario en campañas, activando y escalando nuevos canales, definiendo estrategias de canal y midiendo su efectividad para ofrecer una experiencia omnicanal óptima. Además, liderará un equipo de 1 a 3 personas, promoviendo un enfoque innovador y centrado en el cliente.
Responsabilidades
- Diseñar y optimizar recorridos de usuario en campañas, asegurando una experiencia holística y efectiva.
- Definir y ejecutar estrategias omnicanal basadas en datos y preferencias del cliente.
- Analizar la experiencia del cliente y desarrollar estrategias de mejora continua.
- Monitorear y optimizar la interacción en plataformas digitales y físicas para garantizar coherencia y efectividad.
- Identificar y escalar nuevos canales de comunicación según las tendencias y necesidades del cliente.
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para asegurar la integración de estrategias y herramientas digitales.
Calificaciones
- Titulo de grado universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Marketing, Lic. en Administración o disciplinas afines.
- 5+ años en marketing digital, gestión de marca, experiencia del cliente, engagement omnicanal o Product Management de productos digitales o consultoría en estrategia.
- Experiencia en gestión de campañas y estrategia de canales (email, redes sociales, chatbots, entre otros) y habilidades de project management e innovación digital.
- Conocimientos en analítica de clientes y mapeo de customer journey.
- Habilidad en el uso de herramientas de automatización y CRM (SFMC, Pardot, Veeva, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Capacidad de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
- Valoramos proactividad, espíritu emprendedor y mucho change management para influenciar e impactar en la transformación digital.
