Esports Support Specialist

GRID esports is seeking a customer-focused Support Agent to join a global team. You will assist clients, monitor live esports data feeds, and resolve data issues across email and chat channels.

You’ll document defects, contribute to knowledge base, and help improve GRID products based on feedback. The role requires strong English, a passion for competitive games, and willingness to work varied shifts including weekends.
