The Financial Terms Management Specialist will guide a team of pricing analysts and coordinators in the analysis, implementation, and maintenance of the pricing elements of client agreements, in a sustainable and efficient way in order to reduce leakage.

Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as an expert and provide guidance to pricing operations analysts and coordinators in the pricing process, including the review of client agreements, analysis of current setups, and implementation of sustainable pricing setups in SAP and client's ebilling systems.
  2. Assist in the development of process and technical solutions to support and streamline the end-to-end pricing operations process.
  3. Assist in the development of training materials for SAP and Pricing Rules Engine that supports the end-to-end pricing process.
  4. Serve as a point of contact for center personnel when guidance or issue resolution is required.
  5. Promote a highly professional and high-performing culture across teams; identify opportunities allowing for employee growth.
Skills and Experience:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in business administration, commerce, finance, liberal arts, or related courses.
  2. Good experience in a billing role.
  3. General understanding of accounting or finance principles as well as the specific law firm or professional service accounting structure, environment, and requirements.
  4. Keen attention to detail and effective organizational skills.
  5. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  6. Confident to escalate and ask questions, especially when being asked to deviate from standard processes.
  7. Knowledge and experience of financial systems (SAP preferred but not required).
  8. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  9. Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands, including learning new skills when required.
  10. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  11. Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction, follow up on own initiative.
  12. Flexibility to work a reasonable shifting requirement is required.
