We are seeking a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant – Client Services & Operations to support daily administrative tasks, client communication, scheduling, and business operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable with technology, and enjoys creating excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries through email and messaging platforms Manage calendars, appointments, and follow-up reminders Maintain accurate client records and databases Organize documents, spreadsheets, and internal systems Assist with customer onboarding processes Support daily administrative operations Track leads and client communications using CRM tools Assist with social media coordination and online content organization Provide excellent customer service and timely communication
Qualifications
Required:
Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or virtual assistance Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks independently Comfortable using Google Workspace and online platforms Reliable internet connection and computer
Preferred:
Bilingual English/Spanish Experience with CRM platforms Experience supporting small businesses or entrepreneurs Basic knowledge of Canva and social media platforms
