En esta oportunidad buscamos sumar al equipo de Global Debt Financing un/a profesional para la posición de Product Specialist ESG. Global Debt Financing es el equipo responsable por la estructuración de productos de deuda para toda la base de clientes corporativos del banco. Nuestra oferta de productos incluye:
- Créditos bilaterales en AR$ y USD,
- Club deals y operaciones sindicadas
- Operaciones estructuradas como financiamiento de proyectos y de adquisiciones.
- Operaciones con organismos multilaterales (IFC, IDB, CAF, etc) y agencia de crédito de exportación (ECAs)
- Emisión de bonos en el mercado de capitales local e internacional
- Gestión del libro de Obligaciones Negociables
- Movilización de carteras en los mercados de crédito.
GDF ha sido designado como área responsable del desarrollo de productos y gestión comercial de las iniciativas ESG para todo el banco. El objetivo es claro, ser líder en finanzas sostenibles de Argentina. Estas iniciativas serán acompañadas bajo la metodología de OKR con objetivos específicos y mensurables en el tiempo.
Te sumarías a este equipo para:- Articular la agenda de trabajo con las diferentes bancas y participar y coordinar activamente todas las acciones definidas bajo el perímetro de este OKR (key results);
- Identificar nuevas alianzas comerciales con compañías que estén en el mismo camino de transición que Santander;
- Colaborar en el desarrollo de nuevos productos;
- Buscar y promover oportunidades de negocios;
- Interactuar con referentes externos.
- Graduados/as de las carreras de Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o título equivalente en negocios/finanzas con interesante background técnico financiero;
- Conocimientos sobre ESG, ya sea desde la perspectiva de certificación / validación de proyectos ESG (second party opinión provider, agencia externa de rating) como así también por haber trabajado directamente en proyectos de esta índole;
- Es necesario que seas bilingüe inglés para poder desarrollar propuestas e interactuar, tanto en forma escrita como verbal con equipos globales de forma recurrente;
- La función de Product Specialist ESG se reportará directamente al head de GDF.
